Frequently asked questions
Clear answers to common questions about SkyLift services, quotation requests, and maintenance.
What does an annual maintenance contract include?
It includes scheduled visits, safety checks, follow-up reports, and fault response according to the agreed service level.
Can I request a site inspection?
Yes. Submit a request through the contact form and our sales team will arrange the visit.
How quickly will you respond?
We normally respond during the nearest business period. Technical response time depends on the request type and region.
What are the steps to receive a quotation?
We receive the project details, review the technical requirements, then prepare a clear quotation covering scope, specifications, and agreed payments.
Does the quotation have a validity period?
Yes. The validity period is shown in the quotation, and prices may be updated if it expires or if specifications or scope change.
Are SkyLift contracts authenticated?
Official contracts are issued from the system with a contract number, verification code, and QR code to verify issuance by Sky Lift Excellence through the official website.
How can I verify a contract?
Scan the QR code in the contract or enter the contract number and verification code on the official verification page. It only shows the contract status without confidential details.
When does the supply and installation duration start?
Work duration starts according to the agreed stages after the required payment is received and the site and technical requirements are ready.
How are supply and installation stages tracked?
The installation project is split into clear stages such as site approval, component supply, rail and door installation, testing and commissioning, then handover.
If I have multiple locations, should each location have a separate project?
A separate installation project is recommended for each different location so tracking, visits, elevator units, and schedules stay clear for each site.
Can one installation project include more than one elevator?
Yes. More than one elevator unit can be linked to one installation project when they are in the same location or within the same execution scope.
When does free maintenance start?
Free maintenance starts after elevator handover and official commissioning, then scheduled visits are arranged according to the contract terms.
Can I reschedule a maintenance visit?
Yes. The customer can request to postpone an available appointment from the portal, and the new time is confirmed based on maintenance team availability.
Is emergency service free?
SkyLift provides lifetime free emergency service for cases affecting safety or operation, according to the approved service terms and coverage scope.
What can I track in the customer portal?
Customers can track installation projects, elevator units, maintenance and emergency requests, appointments, documents, and key progress indicators.
How are payments defined?
Payments are defined in the quotation or contract according to work stages, and some stages may require a payment before execution starts.
What information is needed before issuing a quotation or contract?
We usually need customer details, project location, number of elevators, floors or stops, usage type, and any drawings or photos that support the technical review.
What is usually excluded from warranty?
Warranty usually excludes faults caused by misuse, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or site conditions that do not meet technical requirements.
